synopsis -
- embracing individuality - using different people of a range of ages, ethnicity's, sexuality's etc.
- each shot will include someone with a particular makeup style or the opposite; a bare face to create contrast.
- lots of colours/ light linking and enforcing pop genre conventions.
- fast paced editing, to keep viewer engaged and to create a snappy video that will accompany the upbeat song appropriately and effectively.
All the shots focusing on at least on person, other shots including 2, 3 people plus. ranging from close ups, to medium shots to extreme shots etc.
the lighting is key for our video to not only link with genre conventions but to create an overall softer look while still keeping the composition interesting for the viewer as we only have one filming location; photography studio room. therefore using key lighting and filler lighting and adding coloured film to them as its creates more interest and makes the video more entertaining/engaging.
